Leading global practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its patent litigation team in McLean, Northern Virginia. The role focuses on managing high‑stakes patent disputes across district courts and the PTAB, including trial and appellate work on behalf of corporate clients.

The successful candidate will join a multi‑disciplinary IP and litigation platform, working closely with seasoned litigators and technical specialists on complex matters. The team offers national reach and resources while maintaining an active practice in the Northern Virginia market.

Established patent‑litigation partner with a demonstrable, portable practice and a significant book of business.
Proven track record of leading litigation teams through trial and appeal; PTAB experience desirable.
Strong technical aptitude (science or engineering background preferred) and excellent client development skills.
Ability and willingness to be based in or relocate to McLean / Northern Virginia.
