Lateral Partner — Public Company M&A (US)

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its public company M&A practice. The role focuses on high-value domestic and cross-border public-company transactions, advising boards and management on strategic M&A, takeovers and related securities matters.

This is a high-priority hire; the team is open to individuals or small groups with an established, portable public M&A practice. The successful candidate will play a senior client-facing role and help grow the firm’s public company deal platform.

• Established partner-level experience in public company M&A and related securities work
• Proven record of originating and executing complex public transactions; portable client base required
• Strong leadership and able to work across corporate and securities teams on cross-border matters
• Admission to at least one US bar and excellent business development skills
