Top-tier national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Real Estate & Construction practice in Dallas. The role will handle sophisticated commercial real estate and construction matters across the development, financing and transactional life cycle.

The hire will be expected to bring partner-level expertise on complex transactions and project implementation, advise on contracting and risk allocation, and work collaboratively with cross-practice teams. A portable practice or established client relationships are welcome and will be supported.

Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law
Proven track record on complex transactions, negotiations and contract drafting
Business development capability and existing client relationships (portable practice welcomed)
Ability to lead client engagements and mentor junior lawyers
