Senior real estate partner sought to lead and grow a Dallas-based real estate and construction practice within a national full-service firm. The role combines substantive transactional/project experience with client relationship development across commercial real estate, project development and construction matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team, take a leading role on complex deals and provide strategic client counsel. This opening is a partnership-level position; candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters (transactions, project development and/or construction disputes).
Proven track record of originating and managing client engagements and developing business.
Demonstrated leadership and experience mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating across practice teams.
Active bar admission in Texas (or ability to transfer) and J.D. from an accredited law school.
Portable client relationships or a demonstrable ability to generate new business preferred.
