Established real estate and construction partner sought to join a national firm’s Dallas office. The role focuses on leading and growing a transactional and project-focused practice across real estate and construction matters for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will advise on a range of matters including commercial real estate transactions, development and construction-related agreements, and risk allocation across projects. You will lead deal teams, mentor junior lawyers and work with cross-practice colleagues where matters overlap with finance or litigation.

Proven partner-level background in real estate and construction law with significant transactional and project experience.
Track record of business development and client relationship management; a portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is desirable.
Experience supervising associates and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required.
