Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is building out a dedicated real estate practice focused on data center acquisitions and development. This is a partner-level lateral hire to be based in either Dallas or Houston, Texas.

Represent clients in site and asset acquisition, ground-up development, build-to-suit projects, and campus-scale data center deals.
Handle land assembly, power and utility-related real estate agreements, and construction and development documentation.
Work as part of a strategic build-out across three niche transactional practices in Texas.

Partner-level experience in data center acquisitions and development, with a strong record in complex real estate transactions.
Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure-related real estate, including land assembly and utility agreements.
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong cultural fit with a collaborative, top-tier firm.
Based in Dallas or Houston (Austin is not an option for this role).
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD).
