Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas real estate and construction team. The role is practice-leading and client-facing, with responsibility for originating and managing transactions, counseling developer and owner clients, and collaborating across the broader national platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate and construction matters, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to develop or bring a portable practice. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced team and take a visible role in market development in Texas.

Experienced partner-level attorney with a clear focus on real estate and construction law.
Proven track record of handling complex transactions and/or construction-related matters.
Demonstrated business development ability; comfortable building or bringing a portable practice.
Active Texas bar admission (or willingness to seek admission) and strong client relationship skills.
