The role offers a chance to manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and work across complex commercial real estate and construction matters.
The team advises a mix of institutional, developer and commercial clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, project development and construction disputes. The post-holder will be expected to drive origination, coordinate cross-practice teams and represent clients at all stages of matters.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner- or senior-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law
- Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships and leading deal teams
- Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible) and comfortable supervising associates
