Leading national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Washington, D.C. real estate and construction team. The role will focus on complex commercial leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development matters, with regular engagement on healthcare real estate and renewable energy projects.

The position is transaction-focused and involves cross-practice coordination with finance and banking teams. Candidates should be able to advise institutional and developer clients on site acquisition, disposition, leasing, construction contracts and project financings.

Established partner-level lawyer with a strong transactional real estate and/or construction background.
Experience handling leasing, industrial/logistics, resort development or renewable energy-related real estate matters.
Comfort working alongside finance/banking teams on project and acquisition financings.
Portable practice welcomed but not required; ability to develop business in the region.
