Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to strengthen and lead its real estate and construction practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on delivering partner-level counsel across transactional real estate, construction-related matters, and related risk management for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will steward client relationships, originate and grow business, supervise associates, and collaborate across practice groups to support multidisciplinary matters. This is a high-visibility role for a partner with an established practice and strong business development capabilities.

Established track record as a partner-level lawyer in real estate and construction matters
Proven business development and client relationship skills
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Admission to practice in Washington, D.C., or eligibility for admission
