The role combines transactional real estate work, construction counseling and dispute work, with opportunities to advise on hospitality matters.
The position offers a platform to develop client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and work on matters that intersect with succession and estate planning for real-estate owners. The team works across the U.S., with a strong East Coast presence and some work extending to other regions.
- Established partner with significant experience in commercial real estate and construction law, including transactions and dispute resolution.
- Proven track record advising on hospitality-related real estate matters and familiarity with succession/estate planning issues for owners is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships; a portable practice or book of business is welcome.
- Experience supervising teams and contributing to business development initiatives.
