Senior real estate and construction partner opportunity in a major Washington, D.C. office of a leading national law firm. The role will focus on advising owners, developers and contractors on transactional and project-related matters across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate and construction projects.

The team handles sophisticated deals and disputes, and is seeking a partner who will lead client engagements, develop business and work collaboratively across financing, leasing, development and construction practices. Candidates with an established, portable practice or demonstrable client origination are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law
Proven track record advising developers, owners, lenders or contractors on transactional and project matters
Demonstrable client relationships and comfort developing a portable practice
Bar admission and ability to practice in Washington, D.C., or willingness to become admitted
Strong business development, leadership and team management skills
