Established U.S. law firm is seeking a partner to join its Sacramento real estate and construction litigation team. The role centers on leading complex commercial real estate and construction disputes across state and regional matters, including litigation and contentious enforcement, with opportunities to oversee trial work and manage litigation teams.

The firm offers significant platform support and a collaborative litigation practice; the successful candidate will help expand and originate work in the region and may take on client-facing leadership responsibilities.

Partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction litigation handling complex commercial disputes
Proven trial and courtroom experience desirable
Track record of managing teams and supervising associates on contentious matters
Ability to develop and grow client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred
Active admission to the California bar (or ability to obtain)
