Senior litigation partner role in a well-established national law firm looking to expand its Sacramento-based Healthcare & Technology litigation team. The practice handles complex defense and commercial disputes, with an emphasis on healthcare regulatory litigation and technology-related commercial matters.

The role will involve leading cases, managing teams, developing client relationships, and working on matters that intersect healthcare, AI, cybersecurity and other emerging-technology issues. The team offers national platform support with local client-facing responsibility.

Proven trial and commercial litigation experience, including healthcare-related litigation and regulatory defense.
Demonstrated experience handling technology-related disputes, such as AI, cybersecurity or cryptocurrency matters.
Lateral partner level with a portable practice or ability to develop business; demonstrable client relationships preferred.
Track record of leading teams, mentoring associates, and managing complex litigation matters.
