Leading national law firm seeks a seasoned restructuring partner to join its Austin office. The role focuses on creditor and debtor-side restructuring matters, Chapter 11 cases, workouts and related insolvency litigation across industry sectors.

The hire will join an established team working on complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings and will have strong client-facing responsibilities. The team values practical courtroom experience, strategic restructuring judgment and the ability to manage and mentor associates.

Portable practice welcome; candidates with an existing client base or demonstrated ability to originate and deepen restructuring work will be prioritized.

Established partner-level restructuring experience (Chapter 11, workouts, insolvency-related litigation)
Track record of leading complex restructurings and supervising associate teams
Strong client-development and business origination ability; portable practice desirable
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent communication skills
