Lateral Partner, Restructuring & Bankruptcy — Dallas

Experienced restructuring partner sought to join a large national practice in the Dallas office. The role focuses on leading corporate restructuring and bankruptcy matters across in-court Chapter 11 work and out-of-court restructurings.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, manage and develop a local team, and work closely with colleagues across offices on complex corporate and creditor-side matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is welcomed.

• Partner-level experience leading Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings
• Track record of client development and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice
• Strong drafting, negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills for complex insolvency matters
• Ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practice groups
