Well-established law firm in New York is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate restructuring team. The role focuses on restructurings and bankruptcy-related corporate work across creditor and debtor-side matters, working with a seasoned team on complex, high-stakes engagements.

The successful candidate will lead client matters, develop and manage a transactional and litigation-focused restructuring practice, and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join a firm with a national platform and an active restructuring practice.

Partner-level experience in restructuring and bankruptcy-related corporate work.
Proven record of leading complex restructurings and advising corporate and/or creditor clients.
Comfort managing teams, originating work and contributing to business development; a portable practice is desirable.
Admission to practice in New York (or ability to obtain).
