Lateral Partner, Restructuring & Corporate — Phoenix

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a corporate restructuring practice in the Phoenix office. This role will handle financially distressed corporate matters, out-of-court restructurings, and creditor/debtor-side work across insolvency and distressed M&A matters.

The successful candidate will manage significant client relationships, supervise associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex transactions and Chapter 11 proceedings. There is scope to build a local team and drive business development in the region.

• Established partner-level experience in restructuring, bankruptcy and distressed corporate transactions.
• Proven record leading complex Chapter 11 cases, creditor-side litigation, or distressed M&A.
• Demonstrated client development ability; a portable practice or book of business is welcomed.
• Strong team leadership and mentoring experience; excellent litigation and transactional judgment.
• Bar admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
