Experienced finance partner sought to lead and grow a structured finance and securitization practice in a major New York office. The role focuses on originating, managing and advising on complex structured financings, securitisations and related leveraged finance matters for institutional and corporate clients.

You will join a cross-border finance team and work closely with capital markets, banking and transactional colleagues to execute large-scale deals and develop business. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to expand a portable practice.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in structured finance, securitization and related leveraged finance transactions
Track record of originating and leading complex financings and managing transaction teams
Strong client development skills; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and able to work in the New York office
