Leading national law practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in New York. The role will focus on complex lending transactions, with an emphasis on private credit and related financing work.

The partner will take a prominent client-facing role, advising institutional lenders and borrowers across syndicated and private credit structures. The position involves transaction leadership, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business development for the office.

Established partner or equivalent with significant experience in banking and finance transactions, including private credit.
Proven record of leading complex lending deals and managing transaction teams.
Demonstrable client development skills and an ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Admission to the New York bar (or ability to qualify) and strong academic and professional references.
