Leading national law firm is seeking a partner-level lawyer to join its New York finance team with a focus on private credit and corporate lending. The role will involve leading transactions, advising lenders and borrowers on structured and bilateral credit facilities, and helping grow a market-facing private credit practice.

The successful candidate will join an established finance platform and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex financing matters. This is a visibility-rich opportunity for a rainmaker who can originate new business and deepen client relationships in the private credit space.

Established private credit and banking transactional experience (originations, syndicated and bilateral facilities)
Proven client origination and relationship-management ability
Admitted to practice in New York or able to obtain admission
