Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Fresno office to lead and grow tax and litigation matters. The role is client-facing and combines tax advisory work with litigation and trial practice.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record handling contested tax matters and related civil litigation, and will play a central role in developing business and mentoring junior lawyers in the office.

Admitted to practice in California (or eligible to transfer).
Significant partner-level experience in tax law and litigation; trial experience preferred.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice welcome.
Strong leadership, team management and business development skills.
