Leading national law firm seeks a Tax partner to join its Tampa office. The role focuses on providing sophisticated federal and state tax advice to corporations, private equity clients and high-net-worth individuals, and includes client development and management responsibilities.

The successful candidate will build and lead local tax engagements, work collaboratively with other practice groups, and help grow the regional tax platform. This is a visible position with opportunities to originate work and shape the practice.

Proven partner-level tax experience and strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax law
Demonstrated track record of client origination and relationship management; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience supervising teams and managing complex matters across practice groups
Active bar admission and excellent written and oral communication skills
