Well-established international firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tampa tax and estate planning team. The role will focus on high-net-worth estate planning, tax advice, and trust & estate administration for a sophisticated client base.

The partner will lead client engagements, supervise associates, and work with cross-practice teams on complex tax and succession matters. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
Significant experience advising on estate planning, trusts, and related tax matters at a partner level
Proven client relationship and business development skills; portable book of business encouraged
Track record of supervising and mentoring associates and working collaboratively across practices
