The role focuses on defending healthcare providers — including hospitals, physicians, nursing homes and allied professionals — in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.

The successful candidate will handle all phases of litigation: drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. The team is collaborative and sizable, offering exposure to a broad range of clinical specialties and high-volume healthcare defense work.

• Admission to practice in Florida.
• Minimum of seven years' experience defending healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.
