Partner, Litigation & Corporate — Tampa

Senior litigation partner sought to join a global firm’s Tampa office to lead and grow a cross-border litigation and corporate governance practice. The role combines high-stakes commercial dispute work with strategic corporate advisory, and will involve managing client relationships, supervising associate teams, and coordinating with domestic and international colleagues.

Ideal candidates will take ownership of a client portfolio, drive business development, and contribute to practice strategy and firm-wide matters. The position offers a leadership role within an established litigation bench with significant collaboration across corporate and governance matters.

• Proven track record as a partner handling complex commercial litigation and related corporate governance matters
• Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers and leading case teams
• Strong cross-border / multi-jurisdictional experience advantageous
• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
