Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Tampa office focused on both corporate transactions and commercial litigation. The role will split time between M&A/corporate governance and handling high-value commercial disputes for regional and national clients.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable practice and established client relationships in transactional or litigation work, and will help grow the office’s cross-practice capabilities. The team offers collaboration with experienced corporate and litigation lawyers on complex matters.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation
Portable practice with an established book of business and client relationships
Track record of business development and managing deal or dispute teams
Strong technical skills in M&A, corporate governance, and commercial litigation strategy
