Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow Technology and Media & Entertainment work from the Providence office. The role will advise clients on transactional and advisory matters across technology, media and transportation-related industries, working with deal teams and industry-focused groups.

Open to candidates nationwide. The firm is looking for a visible rainmaker who can develop new business, deepen client relationships and collaborate across practice groups to expand regional and national engagements.

Established partner-level experience advising technology, media and/or transportation sector clients.
Proven business development track record and ability to bring or grow portable client relationships.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates.
Active bar admission and ability to work from the Providence office; willing to travel as needed.
