Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Providence office to lead and grow the construction litigation and real estate practices. The role will handle commercial construction disputes, contract matters, and related real estate litigation across regional clients.

The position calls for an experienced litigator who can manage complex files, supervise junior lawyers, and work collaboratively with transactional and litigation teams. Candidates with an existing, portable practice or demonstrable client-development capability are encouraged to apply.

Admission to the relevant state bar and eligibility to practice in Rhode Island
Proven track record in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Extensive courtroom and/or arbitration experience handling complex matters
Demonstrated ability to develop business and supervise attorneys; portable practice preferred
