Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Technology and Media & Entertainment practice in New York. The role focuses on advising technology companies, media owners and telecom clients on commercial and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, originate and develop business, and work with deal teams across the firm’s technology platform. A portable partner practice or existing client relationships in the tech/media sector will be well regarded.

Established partner with substantial experience in technology transactions and media/telecommunications matters
Proven track record of originating and expanding client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Demonstrated ability to lead transactional teams and manage complex deals
Admission to relevant bar and ability to practice in New York
