Senior partner hire sought for a well-established international firm’s Technology and Media & Entertainment practice based in Rome. The role focuses on technology transactions, media, and telecommunications matters, advising corporate and commercial clients on complex deals and regulatory issues.

We are looking for a partner who will lead and grow the local practice: managing matters, mentoring fee-earners and contributing to business development across the region. The role offers flexibility on location and a partner-level compensation package.

Proven partner-level experience in technology transactions, media or telecommunications work.
Track record of originating and managing client work; strong commercial and client-management skills.
Experienced people manager with the ability to mentor and lead teams on cross-border matters.
Fluency in English and strong local language skills; admission or ability to practise in Italy (or equivalent EU jurisdiction) preferred.
