Senior partner opportunity for an experienced finance and banking lawyer to join a well-established international practice in Rome. The role will lead client origination and delivery across structured finance, lending and banking matters and work with cross-border teams.

This is a location‑agnostic appointment with flexibility on working arrangements; candidates should be comfortable operating with international clients and coordinating with teams across jurisdictions. Billing expectations start at $1,200 (rate basis) and candidate evaluation will be on a sliding scale.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven senior-level experience in finance and banking transactions
Established client relationships and demonstrable origination track record
Ability to lead cross-border teams; fluent English and Italian advantageous
