Senior partner opportunity in a leading international law firm’s Finance & Banking practice based in Rome. The role focuses on advising banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions.

The appointment is being considered on a location‑flexible basis and will reward demonstrable commercial origination and leadership. The team seeks a senior lawyer who will lead transactions, develop client relationships and mentor more junior fee‑earners.

Established partner-level track record in finance and banking transactions (syndicated lending, structured finance, acquisition finance and/or project finance).
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is preferred.
Strong deal leadership and drafting skills, with experience supervising teams and managing client expectations.
Fluency in Italian and English and admission to practise in Italy (or equivalent EU qualification) preferred.
