Senior partner hire to lead and grow an established energy and environmental practice from the firm's Rome office. The role will advise on a range of energy, infrastructure and environmental matters for domestic and international clients, working with cross-border teams.

The firm is seeking a commercial leader who can manage complex mandates, develop client relationships and help expand the practice in Italy. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination is advantageous.

Established partner-level experience in energy, infrastructure or environmental work.
Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex, often cross-border matters.
Demonstrable business development skills; portable practice or client relationships advantageous.
Ability to be based in (or regularly work from) the Rome office and collaborate with international teams.
