Senior partner role to lead and grow a healthcare & life sciences practice from the firm's Rome office. The role combines client-facing matter work with responsibility for business development and team management across the region.

The successful candidate will advise pharma, medtech and other life-sciences clients on regulatory, commercial and transactional matters, supervise junior lawyers, and help drive cross‑border matters with international colleagues. A portable client base or demonstrable origination record is desirable.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences law (regulatory, commercial or transactional matters).
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Experience leading teams and supervising associate development on complex matters.
Qualified/admitted to practice in Italy or equivalent and able to work from the Rome office.
