Partner opportunity with a leading international law firm to lead and grow a technology-focused practice. The role suits an experienced technology transactions lawyer with exposure to sectors such as fintech and life sciences/biotech, advising on commercial agreements, licensing, and strategic technology deals across jurisdictions.

The post-holder will join a cross-border team serving clients in the US and UK and will be expected to develop and deepen client relationships, win new work, and work collaboratively on complex, high-value matters. The team values practical deal experience, sector knowledge, and the ability to lead transactions and client pitches.

Established partner-level track record in technology transactions or related commercial/IP matters.
Experience advising on fintech and/or biotechnology-related technology deals preferred.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice or book of business is advantageous.
Comfort working on cross-border matters and collaborating with teams in multiple jurisdictions.
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills.
