Senior patent-litigation partner role based in Washington, DC for a nationally recognized US law firm. The role focuses on patent disputes across life sciences and technology sectors, including Hatch‑Waxman matters, trade‑secret litigation, and select semiconductor-related work.

Ideal for an experienced partner with an established, portable practice who will continue developing business across pharma, biosimilars and technology clients, including international ties in East Asia. The team offers flexibility on structure and rate arrangements.

Partner-level experience in patent litigation, with significant work in life sciences (Hatch‑Waxman) and technology matters
Proven courtroom and case-management track record (trial and contested proceedings)
Experience handling trade‑secret disputes and semiconductor/technology cases is highly desirable
Demonstrable business development ability and a portable practice; comfortable engaging clients across pharma and international technology markets
Based in or able to relocate to Washington, DC; bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction preferred
