Lawyer / Associate, Commercial Insurance — Brisbane

Join a national commercial insurance team in Brisbane handling complex liability and personal injury matters. The role offers exposure to multi-party actions, indemnity and quantum issues, and other high-value litigation.

You will act for insurers, self-insured entities and government clients on public liability and personal injury claims, working on a mix of defended general liability and professional indemnity matters.

• 1+ years' insurance practice experience (preadmission experience considered)
• Experience defending general liability and/or professional indemnity claims
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability; willingness to work on complex litigation files
