An established Australian law practice is seeking a lawyer to join its Melbourne corporate team with a focus on funds and financial services work. The role will involve advising on fund formation, corporate transactions and regulatory aspects relevant to managed investment vehicles and financial services clients.

The successful candidate will work on a mix of transactional and advisory matters within a collaborative team environment, supporting senior lawyers and engaging directly with clients and external advisers. Admitted to practise in Australia (or eligible to admit)
Experience in corporate transactions and fund formation or funds-related financial services work
Strong drafting and commercial advisory skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client-facing responsibilities
