Join a London-based corporate and commercial team advising international clients on cross-border and UK matters. The role offers exposure to corporate governance, commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders' arrangements and transfer of undertakings.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and reviewing transactional documentation, conducting due diligence, researching complex legal questions, and supporting client-facing matters across the lifecycle of corporate transactions. You will work closely with experienced lawyers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualified in UK law or close to qualification (candidates qualified in other jurisdictions with relevant experience may be considered)
Prior experience in a law firm corporate/commercial team or related practice
Strong drafting, analytical and attention-to-detail skills; excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on international and UK matters
