Qualified lawyer admitted to the Italian Bar
Approximately 4–5 years' post‑qualification experience in M&A and private equity transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction execution skills
Fluent Italian and strong English for client work and documentation
Organised, service‑oriented and able to work to deadlines in a fast‑moving environment
