Well-regarded Italian law & tax practice is seeking a junior corporate lawyer to join its Milan legal team. The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate and commercial matters within a structured, multidisciplinary practice.

The successful candidate will work on corporate law, commercial contracts and extraordinary transactions, including M&A, supporting deal execution and day-to-day corporate advisory work alongside more senior lawyers.

Degree in Law
0–2 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
Excellent command of English
Strong motivation, interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams
Prior experience in corporate/M&A or in a structured firm is a plus
