We are seeking a junior associate to join a global corporate practice. The role is open across multiple offices; successful candidates will start in one of the firm's corporate teams and work on a range of transactional matters within a structured training and development programme.

The position focuses on building technical and commercial legal skills: applying corporate and commercial law principles, producing high-quality documentation, and using firm precedents and research tools. You will also be expected to contribute to business development, support pitches and thought leadership, and promote the firm externally.

The firm places emphasis on collaboration and professional growth. You will be supported through formal training, feedback, and mentoring while taking responsibility for matter delivery, client care, and knowledge-sharing.

Qualified lawyer or equivalent legal qualification appropriate to start as a junior associate
Strong academic background and demonstrable technical legal research and drafting skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to give technically accurate, client-focused advice
Excellent organisation, time management and written/verbal communication skills
Team player who can build constructive internal and external relationships and contribute to knowledge-sharing
