An established Singapore practice is hiring a junior associate to join its Capital Markets and M&A team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions across Singapore and the wider ASEAN region.

Day-to-day work will include advising on equity and debt transactions (placements, rights issues, bonus issues, bonds and secondary issues), continuing listing obligations, corporate disclosure and governance, capital restructurings and employee share schemes, as well as corporate M&A matters such as acquisitions and divestments, takeovers, RTOs, schemes, delistings/privatisations and private equity investments.

The team handles cross-border mandates within the region and supports both public and private company workstreams. The position suits a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys transactional drafting, regulatory advisory and client-facing work.

Singapore-qualified lawyer.
2–4 years post-qualification experience in corporate transactions, ideally with exposure to capital markets and M&A.
Strong technical legal skills, with excellent drafting and communication ability.
Commercial acumen, initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
