Leading international firm is recruiting associates for its Asia corporate practice across multiple Asian offices (Hong Kong, Seoul, Singapore, Tokyo). The role offers transactional work on cross-border M&A and other corporate matters handled across the region.

Associates will work closely with senior deal teams on large, complex and market-leading transactions, with regular opportunities to collaborate across offices and jurisdictions. The team provides formal training, mentorship and exposure to a wide variety of corporate and finance matters.

We are looking for candidates with a demonstrated long-term interest in Asia. Language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean or Bahasa Indonesia) are beneficial but not required; assignments will be varied across regional markets.

Qualified or on track to qualify in a common law or relevant jurisdiction (local admissions acceptable)
Some transactional experience or strong academic record demonstrating aptitude for corporate/M&A work
Willingness to work across offices and travel within the region
Commercial awareness, strong drafting and communication skills
Language skills in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean or Bahasa Indonesia are advantageous but not essential
