Experienced banking & finance lawyers are invited to join a global legal consulting platform that places mid-senior level advisers on flexible, client-facing assignments (typically six months or longer). Assignments cover leveraged finance, private credit, fund finance, project and infrastructure finance, and work with banks, asset managers and other financial institutions across the UK and Europe.

Consultants are supported by a full professional services team, access to specialist knowledge resources, and opportunities for training, mentoring and internal secondments. Roles suit lawyers who want control over timing and type of work while keeping close to high-quality transactional practice.

Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK and hold a practising certificate (or equivalent) entitling them to practise as a lawyer in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.

4–8 years' post-qualification legal experience, with strong banking & finance practice experience
Relevant transactional experience in leveraged finance, private credit, fund finance or project finance
At least two years' PQE at a top-tier law firm for your banking specialism (or equivalent in-house secondment experience)
Proven project management skills and ability to transition quickly into new teams and environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; commercial awareness and client-service focus
Right to reside and work in the UK and a UK practising certificate (or equivalent)
