Short-term consulting opportunities supporting corporate and investment banking teams across the United Arab Emirates. Assignments are typically six months and based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai; consultants should be able to commit to on-site client work.

The role involves advising on day-to-day transactional and regulatory matters, drafting and negotiating financing documentation (including bilateral and syndicated facilities, trade finance and Islamic finance structures), supporting new product launches and governance, and providing regulatory/compliance guidance across UAE and regional frameworks.

4–10 years' post‑qualification experience in banking & finance (corporate & investment banking focus)
Proven experience drafting and negotiating loan facilities, trade finance documentation and Islamic finance structures
Familiarity with UAE law and regional regulatory regimes (e.g. central bank rules, DIFC considerations, AML and sanctions frameworks)
Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills; able to work on-site in Abu Dhabi or Dubai for the duration of assignments
