Interim legal role for an experienced funds and investment lawyer to support clients across the United Arab Emirates. You will advise sponsors, asset managers, institutional investors and family offices on the structuring, establishment and operation of investment funds.

Typical assignments are client-facing and based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai for approximately six months, with an expectation of on-site presence. Work covers fund formation (private equity, debt, VC, real estate and Shariʼa-compliant vehicles), co-investment structures and cross-border investment arrangements.

Minimum 5 years PQE in funds, investment management or related private practice.
Proven experience advising on fund formation and fund documentation (including side letters and investor negotiations).
Comfortable advising institutional investors (sovereign/pension/family office) and fund sponsors on commercial and regulatory issues across multiple jurisdictions.
Available for on-site client assignments in the UAE (typically Abu Dhabi or Dubai) and able to commit to c.6-month engagements.
