Short-term interim roles (typically six months, full-time) are available across the UAE, with positions commonly based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and a mix of office-based and hybrid arrangements. Assignments sit within central compliance or ethics teams for major corporates in sectors such as energy, logistics and infrastructure.

Typical responsibilities include advising on anti-bribery & corruption, sanctions and export controls; conducting third-party due diligence and M&A compliance reviews; supporting internal investigations; drafting and updating compliance policies; and delivering training to stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience (5–8 years preferred) in compliance, ideally from a top-tier law firm and/or recent in-house compliance role
Experience with anti-bribery/anti-corruption, sanctions, export controls, third-party due diligence and internal investigations
Middle East/GCC experience strongly preferred; Arabic drafting ability is an advantage
Consultant mindset: adaptable, self-directed and comfortable operating on fixed-term assignments
Valid practising certificate or equivalent permitting legal practice in the region
