Short-term, in-house legal roles across the UAE (Abu Dhabi and Dubai) delivered via a global law firm's consulting platform. Assignments are typically full-time and run for three to six months, with occasional opportunities for longer or flexible arrangements.

Opportunities include secondments into corporate legal teams at multinational conglomerates, sovereign investment entities and major financial services groups. Work spans M&A and corporate finance transactions, commercial contracts, procurement and vendor arrangements, and day-to-day corporate governance and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions in the region.

Qualified lawyer with a minimum of c.4+ years' post-qualification experience; 5+ years preferred for complex M&A roles.
Strong transactional experience in M&A, corporate finance or commercial contracts; demonstrable drafting and negotiation skills.
Experience in or knowledge of the UAE/Middle East market and familiarity with DIFC/ADGM frameworks advantageous.
Comfortable working on fixed-term secondments or contract assignments and collaborating closely with business teams and external counsel.
