Join a global legal consulting platform embedded in a leading international law firm to deliver interim, project-based corporate and transactional advice across the United Arab Emirates and the wider Middle East. Typical assignments are six months full time in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with some flexibility and remote opportunities supporting projects in neighbouring jurisdictions.

The role will see you work on commercial contracts, M&A and transactional matters, cross-border deals and related corporate work for clients across the region. You will join a panel of consultant lawyers and be supported by firm resources, training and access to experienced practitioners during assignments.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 4–8 years’ post-qualification experience in a top-tier law firm (relevant to the specialist area)
Strong transactional or corporate/M&A experience; cross-border deal experience advantageous
Recent in-house exposure desirable; experience with corporates, financial institutions or sovereign entities an advantage
Experience working in the Middle East and Arabic language skills preferred
Consultant mindset: self-directed, adaptable, professional and comfortable managing a portfolio of interim assignments
Valid practising certificate or equivalent permitting legal practice in the region
