Legal Consultant — Corporate Governance

Short-term consultant roles supporting corporate governance, regulatory compliance and company secretarial matters across clients in the UAE (typical assignments six months, full time; some flexibility may be available).

Opportunities are primarily with organisations in the financial and energy sectors. Assignments will involve providing practical governance advice, supporting board and committee processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Appointees will join a global consultancy platform that provides access to practice support, knowledge resources and professional development while working on client-facing engagements.

• Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate governance or related corporate practice.
• Proven experience advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and company secretarial matters; experience in financial services or energy desirable.
• Recent experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal experience preferred.
• Previous Middle East experience and Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Consultancy mindset: adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating on fixed-term assignments.
• Valid practising qualification (or equivalent) enabling practice in the region.
